General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of ORDA. It consists of representatives of beneficiaries, community based organizations (CBO), officials, non-government organizations (NGO), business people, individuals and volunteers.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors in Ethiopia is elected by the General Assembly and provides strategic leadership, guidance and control. The Board of Directors assigns the Director of the organization.
There are additional Boards of Directors for Europe and the United States, which focus solely on fund development for ORDA Ethiopia.
Executive Management
The Director directs and controls the overall management of the organization. The Deputy Director manages all the development programs and provides technical support to the project and coordination offices.
Offices
Our main office is located in Bahir Dar, with liaison offices in Addis Ababa, London and Liberty, Missouri. We also operate numerous project offices at the woreda (district) level.
